As carers we’re probably going to find ourselves in the role of ‘first responder’ – maybe minus the skills and knowledge.Having up to date First Aid skills can make a significant difference to your confidence in that situation. Know what to do in an emergency, best-practice techniques for dealing with falls, breaks or bleeds.
