Would you like to learn how to deal with stresses of day to day a little better?  HeartMath is a new program of simple and easy to use techniques designed to help us dial down stress and dial up our ability to cope with pressure. Come and join this upbeat session where we introduce HeartMath and how it can support us to live more calmly and cope a little better with life's ups and downs.

Limited free parking at the venue and neighbouring road.

Please note, these sessions are for carers who are signed up to receive our services here at Worcestershire Association of Carers. For more information on our booking system, please see below.
