Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. It also helps people who don't think of themselves as having caring responsibilities to identify as carers and access much-needed support.

We provide carer and health and well-being services, and we really wanted this website to be a true reflection of all that we do, supporting carers and patients in our communities. We also recognise that carers use our website to find out information, advice and support to help with their caring role and we hope to be able to provide this through our website.
