First Aid Emergencies

This session would provide an overview of how to respond effectively to a range of common first aid emergencies. Participants would learn how to assess an incident safely, prioritise actions, and contact emergency services when required. Topics may include dealing with unconscious casualties, burns and scalds, seizures, heart attacks, strokes, allergic reactions, and shock.

The training would also cover basic life-saving principles, including the importance of monitoring a casualty's condition and providing reassurance until professional help arrives. By the end of the session, learners should feel more confident in recognising emergency situations and taking appropriate first aid action while awaiting medical assistance.
