About the event

Medication Support, Nutrition & Hydration

This session offers practical guidance for carers who support someone with medicines, eating and drinking at home. It looks at safe medication support within the carer’s role, prompts and reminders, what to do if there are concerns or refusals, and the importance of seeking advice from appropriate professionals. The session also explores simple ways to encourage good nutrition and hydration, recognise possible concerns, and support wellbeing in everyday routines.
