About the event

Mindfulness
Take some time for yourself and discover how mindfulness can help you navigate the challenges of a busy caring role. In this uplifting and interactive session, we'll explore what mindfulness really is (and what it isn't), and learn simple, practical techniques that can be easily incorporated into everyday life.
Through guided activities and discussion, you'll discover ways to reduce stress, create moments of calm, and build greater resilience when facing life's ups and downs. You'll leave with a toolkit of mindfulness techniques that can help you feel more relaxed, focused, and better equipped to manage the demands of caring and modern life.
No previous experience is needed – just come along with an open mind and a willingness to take some well-deserved time for yourself.
Please note, you need to be a carer, signed up to receive our services to join our events. For more information on our booking…
