About the event

Come and find rest and stillness with a deeply relaxing and re-balancing Sound Bath.
Get cosy amongst the fairy lights while Angie plays a range of harmonising and relaxing instruments to help you drift off into a gentle , dreamy meditation.
Sound Baths immerse your whole body in beautiful and stimulating vibrations that help balance your physical, emotional and mental bodies. Extremely helpful for relieving stress and overthinking and to help you find that still point within. Leave your worries outside the door and gift yourself over an hour of self-care and nurturing. I play gently and intuitively to the energy of the group.
Sound Baths are reported to :
* Deeply relax the mind & body
