13.04.2026 Update - Carers UK
“Today, the Government has announced that it is launching a reassessment exercise for Carer’s Allowance overpayment cases in relating to fluctuating earnings.
If you have been affected by an overpayment due to fluctuating earnings, DWP will contact you when your case is reassessed. They have confirmed that this may take some time, but you do not need to take any action. For more information, please visit our overpayments support hub.
