Dementia Action Week, 2026, taking place from 18th to 24th May, is an important national campaign to raise awareness of dementia and challenge misconceptions around the condition.
The campaign is led by the Alzheimer's Society and encourages everyone to join the Forget Me Not Appeal, a movement of hope actions and unity.

We provide a number of services and support for carers of all conditions including dementia. We have extremely experienced advisors who can support carers on their journey to supporting a loved one and provide signposting and information and advice relevant to their caring role.
