At Carers & Communities, we're committed to supporting carers in navigating life's journeys. We understand that having access to the right information at the right time can make a real difference, helping carers feel more informed, connected and confident in their role.

That's why we're excited to announce the upcoming launch of our Carers Online Portal.

Our Carers Online Portal is powered by Carus for Carers. Carus for Carers was built by Carers in Bedfordshire, a carers charity with twenty years of frontline experience. We're delighted to be bringing this trusted resource to carers across Worcestershire.

Created specifically for unpaid carers, the portal is a dedicated online space that brings together trusted information, practical resources and opportunities to support carers’ knowledge, resilience and confidence; connecting them with a range of tools designed to support both their caring role and wellbeing.

Available whenever they need it, the portal has been designed to fit around the realities of caring, giving access to support at a time and place that works for them.

We look forward to sharing more details soon and welcoming carers to this new online community.
