Big Quality Conversation 2026-27
Every year, the Acute Hospitals ask people to tell them about their time in hospital through our Big Quality Conversation.
This year is a little different.
The survey will help to create a new Quality Strategy.
A Quality Strategy is a plan that sets out what we will focus on to improve care over the next 3 years.
We know that hospital discharge is really important issue for carers and your experiences can help shape change.
Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust say:
