Carers Week is now coming to an end, however carers will continue to care all year round.
It has been a busy week and we are delighted to have met so many carers.
In recogition of all carers do, we want to make sure that we continue to raise awareness of caring in our communities, ensure carers are able to get the support they need and share their lived experience to continue to work with the systems we have to provide positive change and influence.
Thank you to all our partners for sharing information, supporting us by providing venues and sharing information on socials. We have been really pleased with the support and sharing of our resources and seeing them pop up this Carers Week.
Thank you to all our hosts and supporters this week.

Thank You
Thank you again for your support this week. Carers Week is an important platform to take the opportunity to raise awareness of caring, whilst also recognising the tremendous role they play in our communities and society, often in challenging circumstances.
We have also highlighted why Carer Voice is so important. Carers’ lived experiences can make a real difference in shaping and influencing the systems that support their role in communities and wider society.
Building carer-friendly communities depends on working together, listening to carers, understanding what they need, and acting on what they tell us. Carers consistently say they need a break and want to feel recognised and valued, yet many still feel invisible. There is more work to be done. We will continue to strive to provide carers with the support they need and deserve.
If you would like to support us, please do get in touch.
