If you didn't catch our BLOG last week, we are shaping up for a fantastic carers week - shining a light on carers in our communities and the vital role they play.
We have plenty planned so please do check out our calendar of events and come along and see us.
We have a range of resources available in the latest news article on our website to help you show your support this Carers Week.
The digital toolkit includes:

your parish council
a community noticeboard
workplaces
community spaces
By sharing these resources, you can help us reach more carers, reduce isolation, and make sure people know what support is available.
You can find this here:
Our Carers Hub, funded by Worcestershire County Council and run by Carers & Communities, helps to raise awareness and co-ordinate support for adult carers across Worcestershire.
Support is provided in many areas including:
We provide a range of training and activities to support carers in their caring role to:
Gain Legal and Financial knowledge
Learn techniques around self-care
Take a Break
Meet other carers
Enjoy some time out
Whether looking to gain confidence in a caring role, understand more about navigating the various systems or would just like to take some time out, take a look at our events calendar and find out what’s on and share with carers.
