A special mention to all the unpaid carers who may not be getting a break this Easter.
Some carers may not recognise they are in a caring role, or may be juggling work with one or multiple caring roles. Some may be trying hard to navigate systems, not always designed to support them or feeling lonely or isolated.
Carers & Communities is here to support unpaid carers and as our new name suggests, reinforce our responsibility to not just support individual carers, but the wider environments that shape their wellbeing.
You can help us in achieving our goal to reach and offer more carers support.
