At Carers & Communities, we're committed to supporting unpaid carers in navigating life's journeys. That's why we're delighted to launch the Carers & Communities Carers Online Portal.

Whether they are new to caring or have been caring for many years, the portal is a dedicated space that brings together trusted information, practical resources and opportunities to support carers’ knowledge, resilience and confidence; connecting them with a range of tools designed to support both their caring role and wellbeing. The portal fits around the realities of caring, giving access to support at a time and place that works for them.

What is the Carers Online Portal?

It is a dedicated online hub designed to provide carers with easy access to information, resources and opportunities, all in one place.

Through the portal, carers can:
